Shipping policy

Ensure accurate delivery info during order. Standard delivery by Mauritius Post takes 3-5 days; Mauritius Post may leave a collection card if you're unavailable or if the package is too big. ID required for delivery; no refunds for missed deliveries. 

We offer free delivery option to some specific locations. The buyer should contact us after selecting this option and after completing order to set a meeting date & time as well as the selected location. Delivery point is either at Jumbo Phoenix, La City Trianon or Tribeca. Free delivery covers the first attempt; subsequent tries will have added fees based on chosen option.
